They don't need to prove how good they are with a list like that. But, they were on the outside looking in when it came to the top three on our background check services list. However, that doesn't mean they're not a good site.
When you go to their website, you will notice it's pretty simple. It's got the sites you will most likely use in your search at the top, and the ones you might not need at the bottom. Outside of the top three, their site is the easiest background check site to use on the Internet. Though it would help them to have more features, and a more elaborately designed site to keep the potential customer wanting to click around to see what else they have.
All of their different searches are included within their background check report, which is good and bad at the same time. Some people might want everything together while others want to get specialized reports for a particular search. The advantage here though is the fact you don't have to pay for several different reports. All you have to pay for is one that doesn't cost very much compared to other sites.
Whether it's their report that costs the most or the least, all of the reports at IntegraScan contain a lot of quality information. Their criminal background checks don't leave any stone unturned. The state version is recommended for people who have never lived in other states while the national version covers all the other states for only $10 more. For checks on more experienced employees, you will have to go elsewhere. They say their national criminal background check should be used for "entry level employees that will not be dealing with company cash or assets."
Their support options are very limited. All you're given in the "Contact Us" section is a form, but the results you get from this one form put IntegraScan at the top of the list in the Help/Support category. They respond promptly and are able to assist you with even the most complex of problems. We didn't expect much when we saw the form sitting there all by itself, but they surprised us with their unexpectedly good customer service.
